Jeanne Ruth Hayes

NAMPA — Requiem Mass for Mrs. Jeanne Ruth Hayes, 47, of 504 West Bird, Nampa, who died Friday morning at a Nampa hospital after a short illness, will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Paul's Catholic Church by the Rev. Fr. Henry F. McCloskey. Interment will be at the Garden of Communion at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Rosary devotions will be recited at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the Alsip Funeral Chapel.

She was born February 14, 1922, at Emmett and was reared at Caldwell. She was married to John E. Hayes September 23, 1941, at Caldwell. They lived in California for a time and moved to Nampa in 1945 and there she had worked with her family in the livestock business for a number of years. She was a partner in the Nampa Livestock Market and was a member of Nampa's St. Paul's Catholic Church.

Survivors besides her husband include a son, John M. Hayes, Nampa; two daughters, Mrs. Larry (Beverly) Howard, and Mrs. Jacqueline DoBosh, both of Nampa; three brothers, Don Hamblin and Jerry Hamblin, both of Las Vegas, and Frank Hamblin, Tulsa, Okla., and six grandchildren.
