About Jen O'Malley Dillon
Jennifer Brigid O'Malley Dillon (born September 28, 1976)[1] is an American political strategist and campaign manager serving as the designate White House deputy chief of staff under U.S. president-elect Joe Biden. She was the campaign manager for the 2020 presidential campaign of Joe Biden. O'Malley Dillon had previously served as the campaign manager for the Beto O'Rourke 2020 presidential campaign. She is the first female presidential campaign manager for a winning Democratic ticket.
