His father Robert’s and his own probate that was opened after news of his death got to Horry County, SC.
He left a 5 year old orphan son, Russell Calhoun Graham. Jeremiah’s death is noted in the : ROLL OF THE DEAD, SOUTH CAROLINA TROOPS, CONFEDERATE STATES SERVICE. published by the SC Dept of Archives. I also found his CSA service records on Fold3 which listed him as J.L. Graham
Jeremiah’s wife, Caroline died early during the War. His service records note when he went home for her illness.
