Russell County, Virginia 1820 Census ,Lebanon township Jeremiah Lovelace Males over 16 and under 26 = 1 Jeremiah Lovelace Males over 45 = 1 Unknown(after viewing an image there may be smudge and not a 1 here) Females under 10 = 1 Elizabeth Lovelace Females over 16 and under 26 = 1 Phoebe Lipps

Based on census Jeremiah moved from North Carolina before June of 1820. Based on Birth of Elizabeth in 1820 in North Carolina they must have moved in the first half of 1820, lived in Virginia awhile, and then moved to Kentucky, Breathitt County, before 1822 since Nancy was born in Kentucky in 1822.

I have been told that the white house across the sideroad from Ky. Mountain Bible College is on the site of Jeremiah's house. His daughter Polly lived on up that sideroad and then down a side fork to the left. Some family members in the area (whom we had never met before) were very kind and showed us the cemetery in the woods, or we would not have found it.
