Joan I of Cabrera ( Modica , Ragusa 1405 - X 1474 ) was a Catalan nobleman, viscount of Cabrera and Bas and fourth count of Modica and count of Osona .
Son of Bernat Joan de Cabrera and Violant de Prades .

He married in 1458 Joana de Carmain (born in 1428 in Zaragoza [1] ), who was the sister of Joan de Carmain (Viscount of Caraman) married Isabel de Foix and de Cabrera (lady of Caselsarrazin, Sault, Saradet and Marpaps ), who was also the daughter of Sança de Cabrera (sister of Bernat Joan de Cabrera ), so Joan married his aunt's daughter-in-law.
