Medilands (updated 9 Mar 2022) Grey (of Codnor, Wilton, Ruthin) does not show her having any children with Sir John de Grey.

On another note, attached source documents do support her given name being Joan (FMG above), Joane, or Johanna, "widow of" Paul, Paulinus, or Pauline de Pevere or Peuire. However, no primary and secondary yet found or published lends support to her maiden surname being "de Lamblly".
