Joe Willie Earl Seay

Seay, Joe, 87, of Richmond, passed away November 5, 2007. He was preceded in death by his wife, Fannie W. Seay. He is survived by two sons, Wayne Seay and Dennis Ray Seay and his wife, Marcia; brother, Russell Seay and his wife, Merle; sister, Goldie S. Hairfield; sisters-in-law, Grace G. Seay, Alice M. Smith, Effie Barnes and her husband, Howard, of North Carolina, and Annie W.
