About Johann Holters-Post
GEDCOM Note
!All information on this family from FHL microfilm (4 rolls) "Kirchenbuch, 1639 - 1875", Katholische Kirche Sankt Vitus (not Michael), Loningen.
!Birth - microfilm 0920180 (#1 of 4 rolls), Taufen 1712-37, p. 21 His parents were Hermann Holters condictus Post and Anna Margaretha Arentz (also spelled Arens). This means that his father was born Post but for some unknown legal reason took the surname Holters. His records show Holters, Holters cond. Post and Post sive Holters (now Holters). On his birth record it just shows Holters.
!Marriage - ditto, Heiraten 1738-67, p. 11. She was from Helminghausen and he was from Angelbeck. It's hard to tell where they married - maybe in Loningen. At least, that's where the church was.
