The 1835 Molotschna Census entry for Ladekop Russia in 1804 and died in Ladekop in 1831. Johann, Anna and sons Isaak and Peter, along with a relative, Margaretha Warkentin (b. 1784), migrated from Kaminke, Amt Marienburg, West Prussia to Molotschna in 1804, passing through Grodno, Russia on August 24, 1804. They settled in Ladekopp, Molotschna on June 20, 1805. The 1835 Molotschna Census for Ladekopp, taken on February 8, 1835, notes that Johann, who was 73 in the 1816 census, died in 1831. His wife is not listed at all. Johann's relationship to Salomon Neufeld is based on conjecture.
