married the pregnant Catharina who was age 14> see <journals> Sep. 22, 1780. Evidently he was about 15 years old a the time. Banns were posted in New Hanover township (see note of Sep 26, the wedding day...

Nicholaus' life does not seem to have ended well. He was admitted to a poor house out of Nantmeal towards the end. (see timeline)
