WILLIAM YARRETT and wife MARGARET sold to ROBERT BIRD and wife SUSANNAH, land, part of a patent of 700 acres which was in co-partnership with Hugh Winn, decd., and myself but since his death divided, same in exchange of land sold by Yarrett and Winn to Bird. Teste, Wm. Bracey, Thos. Woodward 4 July 1657.

ROBERT BIRD and wife SUSANNAH have sold to WM. YARRETT and MARGARET his wife 150 acre which Robert Bird bought of Wm. Yarret and Hugh Winn.  Teste.  Wm. Bracey.
