Biography

John Burge was the son of a man of the same name. He was born about 1655 in Chelmsford, Middlesex, Massachusetts.[1].

John Burge married Tryall Thayer on September 19, 1677, in Chelmsford, Middlesex County, Massachusetts Bay Colony. The record reads "BURGE, John, and Triall Thare, d. Sidrack, of Braintree, Sept. 19, 1677." His father, identified in the records as John Burge, Sr., had married Jane Gurne(y) of Dorchester earlier that same month, also in Chelmsford.[2][3]

He passed away in 1743 in Chelmsford, Middlesex County, Massachusetts. [4]
