From Thomas Deavenport Jr. of the Parish of Southam and Cumberland County, Gent. to John Hudgens of St. Margaret;s Parish and Caroline County, Gent., for thirty pounds, all that dividend of land of 200 acres in the Parish of Southam and Cumberland County, the same being part of a patent granted to Simon Ward on July 24, 1738, and by Ward deeded to William Mullins, and deeded by Mullins to Phillip Hudgens, and deeded by Hudgens to said Deavenport.
