1. 9 Apr 1656 in Boston, Massachusetts to Catherine Skipper, daughter of William Skepper of Lynn. She survived him and married John Johnson of Charlestown & Haverhill 2nd as his 3rd wife.

Their children were Jotham Maverick, Elizabeth Maverick, Sarah Maverick, Anna Maverick, Skipper Maverick and Katherine Maverick
