McCUTCHEN Joshua McCutchen & Sowell Jennings are the legal representatives of the decedent that Mrs McCutchen,resident of said county is the widow and relict of said decedent, that the decedent, that said decedent was seized and possessed of the foregoing lands during the civeture (sic); we further will respectfully show unto your Honor that said widow is entitled to dower in all the foregoing described lands being that she has never relinquished her dower right of any of said lands and none of said lands were alienated by said decedent during his life. that the heirs are distributees of said decedent and the following named and they alone except the widow; Joseph McCutchen , Joshua S. McCutchen, ElizabethCalvert, daughter of said decedent who is the wife of John Calvert of Hancock County in the same state; Elvira AnnMcCutchen, Amanda McCutchen. NancyLowery the wife of John Lowery also the children of William McCutchen who reside in said county with Mrs Ellen McCutchen the mother of said minor children (To Wit) Mary Jane McCutchen, Nancy McCutchen, Sarah McCutchen and Martha McCutchen; also the children of Mrs Mary Bowers,deceased who was the daughter of said decedent and was the wife of Jesse Bowers of said County:Mildred Bowers,Dabiel Ewing Bowers. JesseTilman Bowers who reside with their father, Jesse Bowers in said county.
