John R. Wallace, Esq., aged 66 years, died last week in Pettus County, MO. He was born in Woodford County, [Kentucky] where he spent his early life. The greater part of his life, however, was spent in Missouri, near Sedalia. He leaves a wife and six children. Mr. Wallace was the brother of Mrs. Rose W. Robertson and Mrs.Margaret Crockett Reid, of Versailles, [Kentucky.]"

We (Dennis & Jean Boyer) have found not one, but four, sets of memorials, under various cemetery identifications, for this particular cemetery, thus with many duplicated memorials. We transferred duplicates we created elsewhere to this, which currently (16 March, 2012) has the largest number of memorials and is thus our choice for merging of duplications.

John Robert Wallace and his first wife, Mary Elbert, are my (Dennis Boyer) 2nd-great grandparents.
