Josefine Strauss

Birth record: PLZEŇ (o. Plzeň-město) 1541 N 1864-1869 (33/35)

Note: According to her death notice, she died in 1912 at age 62, which would giver her a birth year of 1850. However, her parents Markus Sabath and Anna Wolfler did not marry until 1859, and Anna was 26 at the time, making it unlikely (but not impossible) that she is Josefine's mother. If she is Josefine's mother, it's not clear why she and Markus didn't marry earlier; however, if she isn't Josephine's mother, it's unclear who is.

another note: Pilsener Tagblatt from 28. June 1912 writes that she has died aged 40 years! Date of birth has to be corrected to 1872 !!
