In the name of God Amen
I Joseph Floock of the Parish of Westbury in the County Gloucester Husbaneman being Weake of body but of sound and perfect minde and memory do make ordaine constitute and apoint this as my Last Will and Teastament in forme and maner folowing that is to say
First I Give and bequeath my soule into the Hands of Allmighty God my Heavenly father hopeing through the meritts of my Blessed Redeemer to find Pardon for all my Sins
Next I Give and bequeath my Body to the Earth whence itt was taken to be Desently inteard att the Discreshon of my Executrix after menchened
I Give and bequeath to my beloved wife Mary Floock all and singular my Housall Goods as Corn Hay and and all other my Housall Stufe togeather with all my Cattell and other my impliments of Husbantree in whatt soever mater they be or in whose Custody thay may be found which said Goods my will is that she sha; have the sole power over itt Dureing hir naterell Life and after hir Decese the said Goods to be Equerly Devided betweeen my four youngest Chilldren, manely Joseph Floock Thomas Floock Mary Floock and Martha Floock
I Give and bequeath to my loveing wife Mary Floock all that my mesedg or teniment Lying and being in the Tytheing of Northwood Now in the Occupation of Anthony Hart Togeather whith all the Lands thear to belonging Dureing hir naterall life and after hir Deseas then to my Eldest son John Floock and his Heyrs for Ever, and in case my wife should chance to Dye before this my said will is Proved, that the Greater Care may be taken of my said Chilldren I do desire and apointe Mr Richd Constance and Mr Thomas Dowding overseers and Trustees to my said Chilldren and I do nominate and apoint my Loveing wife Mary Floock to be sole Executetrix of this my Last Willand testament and to see my Depts paid and my Funeral Expences Dischard and to see my will proved acording to Law
