NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore
subsisting and carried on by Joseph Harvey, Andrew
Nuttall, Levi Nuttall, and Andrew Nuttall the younger, in
the trade or business of Tanners, at Elton and Bury, in the
county of Lancaster, was this day dissolved by mutual con*
sent; and that the business in Elton aforesaid will in future
bejcarried on by the said Joseph Harvey, under the style or
firm of Harvey and Sons; and the business in Bury aforesaid
by the said Andrew Nuttall, Levi Nuttall, and Andrew
Nuttall the younger, under the style or firm of Andrew
Nuttall and Sons.—Dated this 2nd day of January, 1873.
