His son William8 was born in 1620, in Llangyfelach, Wales according to the records. Joshua7 remained in Wales and was made a Baron in 1664. Joshua7 died after 1664.

However, no death date can be, as of present, definitively established for Joshua Edwards other than "after 1664."
