Note: From genealogical information gathered by Clydine Pool Hooper: The three brothers , John, Lewis and Thomas, were thought to be the sons of Joseph Dupree (DuPray) and his wife (sic) Mynato of Bruie France a silk weaver and manufacturer. In 1697 these three (John, Lewis and Thomas) Huguenots became naturalized British Citizens. They sailed about 1700 to James Citte, Virginia with Rev. Claude de Richhause. On May 12, 1705 in Williamsburg, Virginia they became citizens of the Colonies.
