Josias Firman (1560 - 1638), son of Giles Firmyn (1520 - 1597) and Katherine Ive (1538 - 1638), was born in 1560 at Nayland, Suffolk, England. He died at the age of 78 on 27 August 1638 at Nayland. He married Joanna Westcoat (1564 - 1638) in 1601 at Nayland.
