A man wanted in the double shooting of a man and woman was in custody early this morning and charged with two counts of capital murder.
Too Sweet (Martin) Allen Craig, 38, was held on a $1 million bond in the Jan. 20 deaths of husband and wife Arlen and Juanita Seale at their home in the 5700 block of Grandwood.
San Antonio Police Department detectives obtained a capital murder warrant for Craig's arrest on Friday.
He was taken into custody around 2 a.m. today at the Bexar County Jail in the 200 block of North Comal Street, according to a report. It was unclear if he turned himself in or was brought in by law enforcement.
As he stood before Bexar County Magistrate Judge Abe Ramirez around 9:45 a.m., Craig stood silent, replying only "Yes, sir," and signing a document that he understood his charges. He also requested a court appointed attorney.
Craig will be transferred back to the Bexar County Jail later today.
According to police, Craig legally changed his name from Martin to "Too Sweet."

A San Antonio man accused of killing a Northeast side couple, may not have realized there was a third person in the home and today, that eyewitness, a live-in grandmother, testified under oath what she said went down. Mary Hernandez’s statements were recorded in a deposition that will be used when "Too-Sweet" Allen Craig goes on trial. Craig is accused of shooting to death Daryl and Juanita Seale at their home in January. Police said they believe the Seale's owed Craig drug money. Hernandez says Craig was a friend of the family and had been to the home several times. She says she saw Too-Sweet Craig shoot Daryl in the head and then run after Juanita. Mary Hernandez said Juanita was saying "please don't shoot me, don't kill me" as she was running up the stairs. Attorneys asked Mary Hernandez to record her statements now because she is in poor health and is about to undergo surgery. Bond for Too Sweet Allen Craig is at $1 million.
