County Judge Scott Hawkins of the Chickasaw Nation was born in Choctaw Nation about 1840. he was a son of Lopany Tubby and grandson of Chief Chapoga; but he took the name of Hawkins. He was graduated from Robinson Academy in 1854, since which time he has filled important offices in the nation.
