March 16, 1892: ["Hot Springs News," Ainsworth, B.C., Canada] "It is rumoured at Ainsworth that G.T. Kane, the founder of Kaslo City, was married the forepart of the week at Fry, Idaho, to Miss Julia, the third daughter of Richard Fry."

Strong (10), as well as sister "Kater" (Katherine) Ewing (26) and sister's 5 Ewing children William (12), Mary (8), Richard (7), Clara (4), and Raymond (2). Her mother is listed as "colored"/Indian and a farmer. Her brothers are cited as white/half Indian and farm laborers with the grandsons as white/1/4 Indian and in school.
