Julian H. Holloway

Julian Holloway (born 24 June 1944) is an English actor, known for his role of Siegfried Fischbacher in Father of the Pride. He is the son of comedy actor and singer Stanley Holloway and former chorus dancer and actress Violet Lane. He is the father of author and former model Sophie Dahl.

His father was comic actor Stanley Holloway. Holloway is perhaps best known as one of the Carry On film regular actors, and appeared in eight of the films. He also appeared in the film Young Winston. His television credits include the Uncle Silas television dramatisations, Elizabeth R, Remember WENN, Whatever Happened To The Likely Lads, Beverly Hills, 90210, Minder,The Professionals, The New Avengers, The Sweeney, Z Cars and as Sergeant Patterson in the Doctor Who story Survival in 1989.

He has also developed a reputation as voice actor/vocal artist. Most notably as the fictionalized version of magician Siegfried Fischbacher, on the short-lived CGI series, Father of the Pride and Odlaw on Where's Waldo?.

He also did the voice of Captain Zed in Captain Zed and the Zee Zone and voices several characters in James Bond Jr. and the films Toot and Puddle: I'll Be Home for Christmas and the 2009 Walt Disney movie A Christmas Carol.

Holloway has also done voices in two videogames Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End and Medal of Honor: European Assault.

He was cast in the film Hollywood movie The Rum Diary which stars Johnny Depp.

He is the father of Model and writer Sophie Dahl.
