I am Raghu elder (cousin) brother of Arunachaleasa. I knew Mani Mama who was later known in the then Madras as Natana Mani Balu" from the time my chittapa Ganesa Sarma married Sankari (Sankari Parvathavardhini). Mani Mama was an excellent dancer as were Thaigaraja Mama his elder brother, his sisters Lakshmi and Sankari. Mani Mama also used to play hockey,
