Kathryn Mildred Himes West

Kathryn M. West, age 89 years, passed away Tuesday, July 8, 2014 at Clinton Healthcare & Rehab Center, Clinton, Missouri. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Saturday, July 12, 2014 at the Vansant-Mills Chapel, Clinton, Missouri. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Englewood Cemetery, Clinton, Missouri. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Clinton United Methodist Church and may be left in care of the funeral home. Kathryn was born May 20, 1925 in Jefferson County, Pennsylvania the daughter of Clair and Mae (Spare) Shaffer. She worked for Schreiber Cheese. Kathryn was a member of the United Methodist Church for 50+ years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her first husband, Albert Himes, who passed away in 1967.
