Clara Darnbacher's memorial service took place on Oct. 18, 1937 at the Riverside Memorial Chapel at 76th Street and Amsterdam Avenue in New York City. The notice in The New York Times identified her as the sister of Rudolf Loeb, Luise Elbert and "Hans L. Kuhn." The latter was a misprint. Clara's youngest sister was named Johanna Loeb Kuhn. Her nickname was Hansi.
