LCpl. Ernest Gilchrist Laurie

Three Laurie brothers were killed in WWI. They were sons of James Maben Laurie & Jane Gilchrist Laurie, Southland, New Zealand. Private Francis Hamilton Stobo Laurie was KIA 6 February 1917 age 23 and is buried at Bois Grenier, France. Private Reginald Walter Scott Laurie was KIA 3 December 1917 age 24 and is buried at Buttes Cemetery / Polygon Wood. Lance Corporal Ernest Gilchrist Laurie was KIA on 8 October 1918 age 31 and is buried in Naves Cemetery, France.
