16 and 17 Match 1674: Declaration by Dame Mary Bruce, Lady Cardross, elder, for herself and as tutrix testamentar to her children, consenting to the granting by Charles, Earl of Mar, to Lady Mary Maule, his future wife, of a liferent out of the lordship and barony of Alloway, disponed in warrandice of an infeftment of an annualrent thereon by the said Earl to the said Dame Mary and her said children, relative to a right of apprising thereof at the instance of the deceased David, Lord Cardross.
