LeRoy Palmer

LEROY R. PALMER, 85, 2203 Kilpatrick Ave., died Saturday, Nov. 20, 1999 at St. Vincent Health Center. He was born in Erie March 20, 1914, son of the late John and Helen Kitchen Palmer. He was a lifelong Erie resident. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church and was employed at General Electric Co. for 33 years until he retired in 1977. He was a member of the GE Quarter Century Club and the GE Retired Employees Association. He was a former member of the Citizens Band Association. He was preceded in death by a brother, Duane Palmer, and a sister, Marjorie Markham. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Catherine Palmer; a daughter, Barbara McGrane of Erie; two sons, Dennis and Brian Palmer, both of Erie; six grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
