   1927-28 - 6th Dad had stroke(paralysed) almost died- sold

   store in emergency

   1928-29 - 7th I think school burned down -went to grammar

   school in Long Branch - Linda High

   1929-30 - 8th grad 8th gr in N Long Branch-wrote play

   1931 moved to little Silver-grad Long Branch Jr High-commuted with John

   1934 -Charles-Springfield,Jessie taught,Edna - weekends, Linda-Langdon's

   store-home,

   I worked at Ann's part-time & summers 1932-1935

   Graduated RedBank High SchooBrown St & Branch Ave house

   moved to N Long Branch

   1934-35-Monmouth Jr College-worked at Ann's

   1935-36 - Dad died -met Barney-went to Monmouth Jr College, worked

   Steinbach's

   1936 - Sep to Jan -Pratt Institute-home weekends - left -no money

   1937- worked Sally's-Redbank winter, SeaBright-summer

   1937-Sept 16 married Barney-B's grandfather died

   moved to Phila- B went to PA Fine Arts- I worked Rittenhouse Sq

   1938- lived at Jessie's off Long Branch Ave til Joyce born

   Lived with Mother & Linda- B worked for NYTimes

   worked Sally's, Sea Bright, lived in Fair Haven until Nov

   1939- lived with Mother -B worked Holly's shop,then Schumacher's

   design studio

   moved Shrewsbury,Barbi born Nov09,came home a month, then to

   Flushing,NY with
