[Note; despite it saying "Mrs. J. Levin, White Plains, N. Y.". I believe that refers to Minnie, wife of Isaac M, who appears on records variously as Levine, Levene, and Leven and who were living in White Plains -- and believe L. Leviton is Louis Levitan ]
