About Leo Popper
Leo had frail health from early childhood. Between 1897 and his death, he spent much of his life in high altitude resorts in the Alps and sanatoria (Davos, Golling, Gries, Bad Reinerz).
Leo was a talented painter and researched art history (S. De'ak, David Popper, Paganiniana Publications, 1980).
