Obituary of Lillian Nabzdyk NABZDYK, Lillian Rose (August 20th, 1944 - December 10, 2016)

Passed away peacefully at Markham Stouffville Hospital (MSH) surrounded by loved ones on December 10th, 2016 in her 72nd year after a well fought battle with cancer. Loving wife to Richard for 48 years. Cherished mother to Katherine (Denis) O'Donnell, Michael Nabzdyk, Wendy (Nuno) Nunes. Adoring grandmother to Ryan, Victoria, Megan and Lukas. Devoted daughter of the late Antoni Ciach and Barbara Ciach, beloved sister of Richard (Blaunshe) Ciach. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Henry Solow and the nurses at the MSH Chemotherapy Clinic as well as Dr. Andrew Patterson, Tanya and the nurses at the MSH Palliative Care Unit (2C). Lillian will be fondly remembered for her dedication to her family and for her loving, caring and giving nature. Lillian was a former employee of Edgar T Albert Insurance, Taylor & Webb Accounting, Thomas Lighting, and the Ministry of Transportation (Toronto Metro East DriveTest Centre). Markham, Ontario on Thursday, December 15th from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Patrick's Parish, Markham on Friday, December 16th at 10 am. Burial and reception will follow at Christ the King Cemetery.
