Services for Lillie Pearl Woolfolk, 86, of Peoria, IL, will be held at noon, Friday, Dec. 8, at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Providence. Pastor Dwight Young will officiate, with burial in Williams Cemetery in Providence

She died at 10:20 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2006, at her residence.

A native of Wheatcroft, she had worked at Camp Breckenridge Factory in Madisonville for many years, and later worked in housekeeping at the Madisonville Medical Center. She was a member of Rising Sun Christian Church here in Peoria, and was a former member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Providence.

Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Hedy and Richard, Sr. Willis of Peoria; a brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Marva Polk of Providence; three sisters, Luella Mason and Ann Louise Caudle, all of Indianapolis, IN, and Callie Mae Stone of New York; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and other relatives including her caregiver, Charlotte Graham.

A two hour visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 10 am.

Thomas Williams Funeral Home in Providence is in charge of local arrangements and Simons Mortuary is in charge of arrangements Peoria, IL.
