The sole reference to a "Lord Breasey" is in the mini - biography of Sir Thomas Andrews II in William Betham's "The Baronetage of England" (1801). Bentham makes nor reference to a birth year for "Lord Breasey" and is notable for "anglicizing" French patronyms.
