Loy Lee Kerns, Sr

Son of Jobe and Essie Kerns. He worked as a roofer, retiring in 1989. He owned and operated Kerns Bait and Tackle Store in Nescatunga, OK. He married Arlene Gerhard on June 27, 1988, in Checotah, McIntosh County, OK. He was survived by his wife, two sisters, one son, two stepdaughters, eight grandchidren and five great-grandchildren. Funeral held 2/14/2008 with The Rev. Jim Nance officiating.

1930 Census lists as 2.5 years old, born in OK, mom born in KY, dad born in OK (even though Jobe listed as born in MO)
