He is buried with his wife at Mendocino Cemetery, Parlier, Fresno County, California. He married Margaret F. McFall in Fresno County, California on October 13, 1917.

Margaret F. McFall was born in Colorado c. 1899. According to the 1920 census, her father was born in Ohio and her mother was born in Colorado. She was also known as Maggie.
