Lurman A. Neal was born in Pocahontas, Arkansas, moving to southern California in 1954 from Oklahoma City. He served in the Army Air Corp in World War II. Was employed as Chief of the Small Business Office for the Ballistic Missile Office in El Segundo, California and then Norton Air Force Base for forty years. He was past president of both the Nat'l Association of Federal Employers and the Toastmasters Club for Aerospace Corporation. He was Area Commissioner for Boy Scouts Of America. Member of Northwest Baptist Church. Lurman was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. Lurman's siblings - Thomas Ageater Neal, Mytle Lodeama Neal Burton, LaVisa Elizabeth Neal Arnold and Erma Dean Neal.
