malinda whit francis Blackburn born 1830 and died in 1911 in Louis lawence county ky she was married to peyton Blackburn and Andrew frances what I know of Andrew ,, he was the son of William H francis and Delilah quillen frances and he married first Elizabeth Hopkins daughter of Elisha Hopkins and Phebe adkins there children where George Amanda marion Vandalia albert and mary bethina Elizabeth left him or divorced him over the war,, she soon got with or married T rowe and had twin boy William and Elisha rowe in 1864 who were raised bye elizabeths sister dorcas,, Andrew raised his kids, and from what ive been told most of them didn't make it to adult hood,, Andrew married malinda whit and she may have helped him raise his children
