AGED RESIDENT DIES SUNDAY

Melinda Fannin Is Stricken at Daughter's Home

Malinda Fannin, 83, passed away Sunday at 11 a.m. at the home of her daughter, Mollie Nawman of Jackson route 3.

A devoted member of the Church of God, the deceased leaves behind five children: Mrs. Leo Timmans, South Salem, Ohio; Mrs. William Newman of Jackson route 3; Mrs. Walden Hershey of Columbus; Mrs. G.A. Davis of Charleston, S.C.; and Homer Fannin of Columbus.

Also surviving are fifteen grandchildren and twenty-two great-grandchildren.

The body will be at the residence Monday afternoon. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday by the Rev. O.F. Gibbs.

Burial will be in Fairmount Cemetery under the direction of Don Sperry.
