Margaret Brown

• ***** Margaret was the 1st wife of Thomas J. Brown and were they married in Allegheny County,Pennsylvania. Margaret & Thomas were among the first settlers of McCalmont Township in Jefferson county,Pennsylvania,when they came here in 1838,settling in what is now the village of Panic. They were both members of the United Brethren Church. Their final resting places were a part of the original family homestead & farm.

They were the parents of these known children: ~ Moses Brown; ~ Mary Brown; ~ Job/Joseph Brown; ~ Daniel Brown; ~ Margaret Brown; ~ William Brown; ~ Barbara Ann Brown; ~ Thomas J. Brown; ~ Susanna Brown; ~ Emily Brown; ~ George Brown; ~ Jacob Reslar Brown; ~ Sarah Catherine Brown.
