Margaret James

Margaret C. James, 95, of Roaring Brook Twp., formerly of Gouldsboro, died Saturday at VNA Hospice at Geisinger Community Medical Center. She was the widow of Maynard E. James, who died in May 1982. Born in Forest City, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Lottie Quinn Middleton. Margaret attended Forest City Schools and worked part time in the cafeteria at the Junior High School in Bloomfield, N.J. She was a member of Spring Brook Congregational Church. She was also preceded in death by her brothers and sisters. The funeral will be on Sunday at 3 p.m. at Brian Arthur Strauch Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, 3 First St., Spring Brook Twp. Interment will be private in Glendale Cemetery, Bloomfield, N.J. A viewing will be held from 1 until the time of the service at the funeral home.
