Margaret "Peg" Clifford

Margaret (Peg)LarimoreMargaret (Peg) Larimore, 79, of Hilton Head Island passed away on January 23, 2011, after an extended illness. She was a resident at the Seabrook/Fraser Health Center of Hilton Head. Peg was born in Columbus, Ohio on May 20, 1931, the daughter of Lucille Mason. She was preceded in death by her mother and her young son, Richard Allan Larimore. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Burrill (Larry) Larimore and her daughter, Beth Reynders, both of Hilton Head; her grandson, Mathew Reynders of Hoboken, NJ; her brother- and sister-in-law, Jay and Shirley Larimore of Akron, Ohio; and her loving aunts and cousins. Peg was a proud alumna of South High School in Akron, Ohio, and a long-time resident of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Before her retirement, she worked as an office manager and medical assistant to Dr. Luis Marrero, a position she greatly enjoyed. She was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. She leaves behind a poignant legacy of unconditional love and commitment. She was loved deeply, and her spirit of goodness will live on in the hearts of the many she so kindly touched in her lifetime. The Island Funeral Home and Crematory of Hilton Head will handle all arrangements, and a private burial service will be conducted at a later date at Chestnut Hill Cemetery in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio.
