About Margaretha Steyn
Margaretha (h5i8) married her cousin, Johannes Gerhardus Frederik (h10i1) and they lived on the old family farm, JOHANNESRUST until the war forced them to move to Mutare in 1978. On Johannesrust Margaretha ran the Tandaai Postal Agency and through the years play a vital pivot role as Postmistress and caretaker of the Dutch Reformed Church on Lukashof - land donated by the patriarch J.G.F. Steyn.
