Marguerite Peg (Nettleton) Dennett, 97, of Seabury Road, Bloomfield formerly of Sharon, MA, beloved wife of the late Roger Dennett, died Thursday (July 30, 1998) at John Dempsey Hospital. She was born in Waterbury daughter of the late Frederick and Emma Nettleton. She resided in Sharon, MA for 66 years before moving back to CT. four years ago. She leaves her daughter and son-in- law, Barbara and Robert L. Howard of Simsbury and her son-in-law, James P. Gay, who was married to her daughter Jean, who predeceased her mother, of Oxnard, CA. She leaves four grandchildren, Barbara L. Gay of Alexandria, VA., Dr. James and Pat Gay, Jr. of Ojai, CA., Susan E. Howard of Portland, ME. and Grace and Robert L. Howard Jr. of Simsbury. She also leaves four great-grandchildren, Samuel Roger Gay, Matthew T. Ricker, Katelyn N. Howard and Ryan L. Howard. A burial service was held on Sunday, August 2, at Rock Ridge Cemetery, Sharon, MA. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 29, 11 a.m. at S t. John's Episcopal Church, Sharon, MA followed by a reception where her family will greet friends. There will also be a memorial service at Seabury Retirement Community the date to be announced at a later time. Contributions may be made to the Seabury Retirement Community
