Marguerite A. "Marge" Snider

SNIDER - Marguerite A. "Marge", 85, of Massapequa took her final breath on Tuesday, January 2nd. After 64 years of marriage, she is the beloved wife of Bob, loving mother of Daniel "Dee" (Suzette), Susan (Mark), Franklin (Lisa), Matthew (Joyce), Mark (Melissa) and Douglas (Deborah). Cherished "Nanny" of 16 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. A life-long artist and homemaker-turned-art teacher, Marge was very friendly, kind and popular and was actively involved with numerous churches in the community and with several art leagues. Family will receive friends Sunday, January 7th, 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Schmitt Funeral Home, 3863 Merrick Rd., Seaford. Monday January 8th, 10 AM Interment will be at Pinelawn Cemetery, 2030 Wellwood Ave, Farmingdale.
