Marguerite "Marge" M. Fey, nee Unnerstall,83, Chesterfield, formerly of the Washington and Jennings areas, died March 3, 1999, in Ellisville.

Mrs. Fey, daughter of the late Adolph Unnerstall and wife Rose Ann, nee Zweifel, was born September 6, 1915, in Villa Ridge. She attended school at St. Mary's.

Mrs. Fey was a former member of St. Lucy's church, Jennings, a 50-year member and past president (1946-1947) of American Legion Post No. 218 and 8 & 40 of Post 329 (Washington) and the 96th Infantry Division Auxiliary.

She was an underwriter for AAA and worked for JCPenney's Department Store. Mrs. Fey also worked for the Kimball and Dean families.

She was preceded in death by two husbands, Herbert Fey and Edison Warnebold; her parents; one son; three brothers, Ben Louis, and Edward Unnerstall; eight sisters, Wilhelmina "Min" Kindel, Mary Hanneken, Elizabeth and Bertha Unnerstall, Matilda Lindemann, Rosalie Warnebold, Ann Gaasch and Leona Stoltz.

Mrs. Fey is survived by one sister-in-law, Frances Unnerstall of Washington; three godchildren, Glenn Warnebold of Chesterfield, Donald Unnerstall of Union, and Howard Unnerstall of St. Peters; other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were held March 6 at St. John's Gildehaus Church with interment in the church cemetery.
